What is Plotrol?

Plotrol is India's first land wellness service. We send trained Guardians to your land, capture geo-tagged and time-stamped evidence, and act on routine issues before they escalate.

Who is Plotrol for?

Absentee landowners, NRIs, inheritance owners, and urban professionals who own land they cannot visit regularly. We also serve institutional clients.

Is Plotrol a legal service?

No. Plotrol is not a law firm, survey agency, or title verification service. We provide on-ground verification with documented evidence and connect owners to trusted partners when legal action is needed.

Where is Plotrol available today?

Live pilot in Coimbatore and Mangalore. Trained Guardians on the ground today.

Can you cover remote or rural areas?

During the pilot, our coverage is limited to Coimbatore and Mangalore catchments. Submit your land details via the contact form and we will let you know when your area is reachable.

Plans & Payments

What does it cost?

On-Demand Verification is ₹1,499 per patrol. Our Land Wellness Subscription is ₹799/month and includes 12 patrols per year. Enterprise and institutional pricing is custom — contact us.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled in-app at any time. Patrols already completed in the current billing cycle are non-refundable.

Do you charge for travel?

No. Pricing is inclusive of travel within our serviced city catchments.

How do NRIs pay?

We accept Indian rupee payments via standard online methods. NRO/NRE account-based payments are supported.

Section 3

Guardians & Safety

How Guardians are onboarded, monitored, and governed on the ground.

Who are the Guardians?

Trained, background-checked individuals from the local area, onboarded through the Plotrol Guardian app. They follow defined SOPs and operate within scoped responsibilities.

How is collusion prevented?

Guardians are assigned centrally and rotated. Owner identity is not exposed to the Guardian. Random audits, drone validations, and AI-based pattern detection are in place. See How It Works for the full anti-collusion architecture.

What if a Guardian misses a visit?

Missed visits are flagged automatically. A replacement is dispatched and the schedule resumes. Persistent issues affect Guardian performance scores.

What does a Guardian do during a visit?

Captures geo-tagged, time-stamped photos and videos, completes a structured checklist, and submits a report. Guardians do not negotiate, confront, or take any action beyond defined scope.

PlotVault & Data

How your records are stored, protected, and shared when needed.

What is PlotVault?

PlotVault is your private archive of every patrol, report, and piece of evidence collected on your land. It is searchable, exportable, and tamper-evident.

Who owns the data in PlotVault?

You do. We are custodians, not owners. You can export everything at any time.

Is my land identity protected?

Yes. Owner identity is not shown to assigned Guardians. Data is stored securely and access is owner-controlled.

Can I share PlotVault evidence with my lawyer?

Yes. Reports are exportable as PDFs with full metadata, designed to be admissible with chain of custody preserved.
